In 2023, Grupo Piscinas a brand belonging to a Groupe Deco business group, asked us to create a new platform for managing clients, members, budgets, orders, and other features. Given that the current platform was having major infrastructure problems, it was very limited at a functional and technological level, and at a competitive level it represented a strong disadvantage compared to other companies with better applications.

Grupo Piscinas needs a robust digital platform that meets user demands while clearly differentiating itself from competitors, including store directories, Leroy Merlin, and even Amazon.
Suppliers are shifting toward a B2B2C model with direct sales and strict conditions. Grupo Piscinas needs to strengthen its negotiating power to remain competitive in pricing and services, leveraging a functional and efficient platform.
